To introduce myself, I am a registered real estate agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers Malaysia.  My educational background is in Law (University of Kent at Canterbury, England) and Marketing. 

My work involves assisting corporate clients, multi-national companies, corporate and private investors and private individuals in their property search to secure a suitable property to their requirements. 

This includes mainly industrial properties in Iskandar Puteri (Nusajaya) in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor and the Klang Valley area for ready factories/warehouses or custom-built properties.

I provide value-added services to clients and multi-national companies from USA, Denmark, Singapore, Australia and China who are relocating their operations to Malaysia by assisting them eg. sale, tenancy and related matters; free trade zone, licensed manufacturing license/bonded warehouse; in technical matters for custom-built premises to their specifications and requirements.
