Working Experience : Had been all the time in the property industry. Particular mention : Site supervisor (or Clerk Of Works) for a renowned consulting architectural firm for 12 years. Many of the high rise offices and condominium during the late 70s and early 80s in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur & the Klang Valley areas. After the financial upheaval of 1986 and in 1991, only then started as a real estate negotiator. The real estate registration came about in 1995 after studies and examinations by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents. My registration number is E1161... working for several real estate firms, I started my own real estate agency firm from early 1997 called Alliance Real Estate Agents. Moved to join Hectares & Stratas on year 2000 as a partner from then till current.
