2) Sale or Other Acquisition of Land and Buildings.
3) Leasing Or Letting of Land and Buildings.
4) Act of Making Known of The Availability of Land and Buildings.
5) Preparation of Tenancy Agreement.
My focusing area is the Northern region of Malaysia i.e : Perak, Penang, Kedah and Perlis. Nevertheless, I am also open serving buyers looking for property in other states . Throughout my years of practice, I am very efficient in handling customers , good communication skills, attention to detail and I will always ensure a positive experience for all parties involved ; sellers, buyers and co agents.
