Ginnz boasts over 13 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, now serving as a Probationary Estate Agent. Throughout his career, Ginnz has had the privilege of assisting over 1,300 individuals and families in finding their ideal homes. 

His adeptness in the co-living sector, honed over the past 7 years, is evident as he currently manages more than 250 rooms in Cheras, catering to both local and international tenants. Demonstrating exceptional achievement, he closed 218 successful deals in 2023 alone, including a remarkable personal record of 35 deals in a single month.

He is an Associate Member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) and is actively pursuing certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
