Geetha has more than ten (10) years experience in real estate dealing mostly with residential rentals and
sales of properties. Her area of concentration is Bangsar ,Petaling Jaya,
Hartamas, Damansara Heights and Taman Tun Dr. Ismail and has gained a good reputation among clients for work well done.
She uses her background as a management degree holder and certified planner( registered with Financial Planning Association of Malaysia ) to help clients to buy, sell, and rent properties and advise clients on prices, mortgages, market conditions, and other related
information.
From working in a research based company, Ho Chin Soon Research and a
bank, Hong Leong Bank she values research to determine competitive market prices based on demand and current valuations of property. She also gauges the buyers buying ability. Consequently, she also assists
clients on other property related services.
She believes in adopting a zenlike approach towards any transaction so
