Francis Ngooi has more than 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has closed more than 110 transactions (Sales 20%, Rental 80%) within a year & achieved a significant growth in production of 580% for the year 2021 vs 2020.

At Reapfield (HQ), he is the top 3 producer for the sub sale market in March 2022. His area of focus covers the KLCC & Langkawi. Currently Francis is focusing on International Foreign Group Sales, bringing international market property investors and retiree to Malaysia from Russia, Taiwan, Hong Kong etc for Primary & Secondary Real Estate Market. He has also conquer over 40% of market share in Langkawi and also dealing with Branded Hotels/Resorts and Lands for Sale in Langkawi, KLCC as well as Penang.

Francis is partnering with various agencies to provide MM2H, Malaysia My Second Home Program to setting up business in Malaysia with Legal Advisors, Company Secretary to providing Financial Aids in Real Estate with Panel Bankers.

As a Project Manager, he has managed to secure several Primary Development projects in KLCC and Langkawi from Branded Residences to Beach Front or Seaview Properties.
