Felicia obtained her Diploma in Estate Agency from The Malaysian Board of Valuers, Real Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEAP) in 2020 with Registration Number of PEA 2899
Prior joining the real estate industry, Felicia has worked in various MNC and holding senior managerial positions. Felicia graduated from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) with a Bachelor of Optometry (Hons) Degree and PostDip(Marketing) from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK. 

Felicia has achieved a remarkable accomplishment as IQI Champion in 2022 in just 3 years after receiving her Diploma in Real Estate. This is a remarkable achievement and a testament to her hard work, dedication and exceptional abilities in the real estate industry. She has also won the 2022 StarProperty Deal of The Year Award (Commercial) and 2023 StarProperty Millionaire Master Award recently.

She has a strong passion in real estate management and wishes to help many of her clients to own their dreamed properties. Felicia is professionally trained and is able to provide professional advice and consultation to her clients on real estate related matters.
