With over 9 years of experience as a Registered Estate Negotiator (REN) since 2017, I specialise in residential property sales and rentals, with a particular focus on Tropicana Metropark since 2018, starting from its first development, Pandora Residence.
Over the years, I have worked closely with property owners, buyers and tenants, gaining hands-on experience across property transactions and a deep understanding of the local market.
My track record has been recognised through multiple years of awards, including Champion and Runner-Up positions in the Subsales Division, as well as Champion Top Case Submission Achiever and Top Performer awards from 2024 to 2026.
Beyond helping owners sell or rent their properties, I also provide Tenant & Property Management services. Through years of working with landlords and tenants, I understand that finding a tenant is only the beginning. Rent follow-ups, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, inspections and tenancy renewals can all require time and attention.
