Hi, my name is Costa Lai. I'm a Chinese, speak mandarin, bahasa Melayu and English. I'm a full time Real Estate negotiator in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. I have been in this industry for almost 5 years.

Before I joining this industry I work as a cook in a 5 star hotel in Singapore (Fairmont Singapore) for almost 5 years. My chef always tell me cook with our passion, and cannot cheat with our client that using the wrong cooking way. Honesty is the important keys to success, especially in the FnB industry, same as real estate. Choosing the right property to my clients is my priority, and also treat my client as a friend, serve them with passion.

I specialise in choosing the suitable property for my client for ownstay. I more on doing high rise property such as service apartment and condominium.
