My Name is TANG SIEW TECK aka CK ,  I have been in the property commercial & industry for at least 6 years, based in Johor.  From my past experiences, I have gained various knowledge through property dealings including knowledge of building construction/material, property related laws, feng shui/decoration, loan processes, mortgage, and land surveying. I can speak various Chinese dialects,  English and Bahasa Malay to accommodate to your needs.

My first transaction was made in 2011. Since then, I have learned and experienced all kind of property dealings which also includes all types of residential property, commercial shop/office, hotel, industrial building and even land sales transactions.

My main focus and specialty is in sub-sales marketing , mostly on commercial & Industrial properties. Nevertheless, I still do apartment/ condo sales & rental.  With my experiences, I am confident that I can seek golden opportunities for my clients to meet their goals and expectations.
