I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2012. I joined Reapfield Properties because it is one of the largest Real Estate agencies in Malaysia with a strength of about 1,000 agents and Real Estate Negotiators. The organisation has been providing me with really awesome training and guidance. Also their philosophy in believing in God and in ones self is in line with mine too. I am always keen to learn new things and I look at challenges as opportunities to grow. 

Now being the Head of Sales gives me greater opportunity to motivate and mentor the Real Estate Negotiators (REN) under my care. I try to impart and instill good values in my team as I am very positive minded, self motivated and I look at the greater good in others and in difficult times. I continue to strive for success but God comes first in my life.
