I have been in this real estate business for more than 30 years.  Starting off with new project launches/re-sale and renting of properties with a public listed company (Sunrise Bhd)  which pioneered the property development in Mont Kiara. 

My clientele list includes purchasers of project launches, repeated buyers, investors, corporate tenants (office tenants and condominium occupants)and referrals.  Also in the list are absentee landlords who reside all over the world.

Currently, my office is situated in Arcoris Bussiness Suites, a newly developed project by UEM Sunrise next Plaza Mont Kiara.  

My previous working experience include legal, banking, company secretarial matters, housing development and insurance with a foreign bank and multinational corporation.

My area of specialization include resale & rental of condominiums, office suites, SOHOs, service apartments, retail businesses, shoplots, landed terrace houses, bungalows and land in Mont Kiara and vicinity areas ie, Dutamas, Desa Sri Hartamas, TTDI, Damansara, Bangsar & KLCC.
