He has extensive experience working in the industrial sector and successfully handled the marketing of various industrial parks and high-end residential properties in the Klang Valley and has provided marketing advice (Sale, Purchase, Tenancy, Lease or Build to Specification) to numerous multinational companies such as Philips Conoco (Projet), SAF-Holland, Sime Darby, UMW Toyota, Ascendas, Bekaert Malaysia, Ericsson,Micron Electronics, U Mobile, Gateway 2000, Honda, Kobe Precision, Dash Medical, Van Leer, IDS Logistics, Porex Technology, MG Rovers, RS Components and other investors and local manufacturers.

He is currently a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents And Property Managers of Malaysia and Principal and founder of his current firm Grants & Leases Real Estate Solution.
