Today, Carmen specialises in the secondary market for landed properties in Subang Jaya, USJ, and USJ Heights. Her clients value her for practical market insights, consistent communication, effective negotiation, and a hands-on approach throughout the entire transaction.
Before focusing on the secondary market, Carmen was appointed to market properties for leading Malaysian developers including UEM Sunrise, Paramount Properties, and MRCB. This experience gave her a strong foundation in property marketing, positioning, and understanding what makes a property compelling to buyers.
Her clientele includes Malaysians as well as international buyers from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, and Brunei. Her work and insights have also been featured across property and financial platforms including iMoney, PropertyGuru, EdgeProp, and Focus Malaysia.
Throughout her career, Carmen has received multiple industry awards and recognitions, including KW Capper, KW Royal Capper, Best Negotiator of the Month, Most Progressive Real Estate Negotiator, Top Producer of Team, and recognition among KW Real Estate Icons of Excellence. Most recently, she was recognised as 2025 Top Real Estate Negotiator at Reapfield Properties.
