Her key focus areas are the secondary market landed properties in Subang Jaya, USJ, and USJ Heights. Prior to that, Carmen has been appointed to market properties for leading developers in the country like UEM Sunrise, Paramount Properties, and MRCB. Through this illustrious experience, she mastered effective and powerful property marketing skills. Her clientele range from local Malaysians to foreign buyers from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, and Brunei.
