Ben Yo has had more than 15 years of working experience in
Real Estate Business. In the Real Estate Business since 2008, he has achieved
top level sales, accomplished project marketing with developers and hands-on experience
in agency work. He trained all the company agents in property knowledge to equip themselves
well for handling every stage of marketing processes in order to serve customers better.

He is familiar with the industry sector’s needs particulary
in customers’ needs and what they think. He also perceives market trend in
terms of industry challenges and competitors’ performances.
He has developed sales plans to aim the targeted customers, maintained good
relationship with customers and coordinated all qualities and delivery matters
