KUALA LUMPUR, 25 APRIL: Property developer UEM Sunrise Berhad via its wholly-owned subsidiary, SCM Property Services Sdn Bhd signed a Service Agreement with eight preferred real estate agencies to provide value-added, one-stop real estate management services to existing and potential customers as well as the residents and owners of SCM managed-properties.
Through this collaboration with these agencies – Kiara Realty, Reapfield Properties, Metro Homes, Worldmart Properties, Esprit Estate Agent, CBD Properties, Cityspace Properties and Asian Land Realty – SCM will be providing a systematic and complete range of professional services like building management, maintenance, security, insurance management and more. They will serve under SCM for a three-year term.

SCM manages all types of properties from single residential units to large condominiums. It currently had under its belt more than 22 developments, from residential to commercial, developed by UEM Sunrise and external property developers.
