UEM Sunrise launches The Happy Chase 2021 virtual live show to showcase featured properties with special rewards and prizes

8 SEPTEMBER, KUALA LUMPUR – UEM Sunrise Berhad (“UEM Sunrise” or the “Company”), one of Malaysia’s leading property developers, launches The Happy Chase 2021 Virtual Live Show to spotlight its featured residential developments in Johor and Klang Valley – promising special rewards, attractive prizes and easy entry for house buyers.

Bringing “The Happy Chase” back after a successful run the past year, the Campaign will now take on the form of a series of seven Facebook Live sessions open to the public. Knowledgeable property consultants from UEM Sunrise, and engaging and fun-loving hosts will be bringing the viewers on a virtual tour of the exciting developments on offer while sharing the easiest ways to win more attractive prizes. Feng shui consultant Dato’ Joey Yap is also set to make a special appearance in one of the sessions.

“The Happy Chase” brings aspiring new homeowners, and upgraders on a journey to chase after their dream homes through easy-to-follow steps, which the Live Show hosts will soon share. Lucky viewers of each session will also stand a chance of winning Grab vouchers and many more.

UEM Sunrise Chief Marketing Officer Kenny Wong said that with the Company buoyed by the success of last year’s “The Happy Chase” campaign, it was apt that UEM Sunrise continued with its mission of bringing aspiring homeowners on a smooth and easy journey to obtaining their homes, and making the process a happy one.

“In line with our tagline ‘Find Your Happy’, we also want to help our customers find their happiness in the exciting and high-quality developments that UEM Sunrise can offer, and make each touchpoint with us a happy and joyful one,” he said.

House buyers will also get to enjoy the Government’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) which has been extended until 31 December 2021 which provides for stamp duty exemptions and MOT waivers. At the same time, first- and second-time house owners of selected projects will get the opportunity to own their dream home with zero payment during the construction period, zero down payment, and a 100% financing scheme under the Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY programme.

The Happy Chase 2021 Virtual Live Show kicked off on the UEM Sunrise Facebook page on 4 September with a feature on the final phase of the Verna Residences Series in Serene Heights – Verna Lake Villas, a limited development of semi-detached homes across 2,688 sq ft with a host of facilities. The upcoming session on 11 September will feature Aspira ParkHomes, Aspira LakeHomes and Aspira Square, a themed 8community in Gerbang Nusajaya, Johor with double-storey terraced houses developed for comfort and luxury.

Altogether, a total of 10 projects will be showcased for the public’s viewing pleasure. They also include other projects in Johor namely Senadi Hills, The Maris, Bayu Angkasa and a brand-new project called Serassa Greens, a double-storey terraced house development in Iskandar Puteri which will soon come with a very affordable price tag. UEM Sunrise has also collaborated with Visit Johor and Johor Now in which they will also share the FB Live sessions on their respective pages for the Southern developments.

Meanwhile, Klang Valley projects to be featured are KAIA Heights and Allevia Mont’Kiara. The sessions will continue until 16 October.
