Setia Alamsari to Launch Moroccan-Inspired Carabella Semi-Detached Homes in August; Previous Launches Were Almost Fully Subscribed

Setia Alamsari’s Carabella will offer units ranging between 1,986 to 2,026 sq ft with land sizes of 32’x65’, and starting prices from RM960,000 to RM1.2 million.

SHAH ALAM – S P Setia Bhd (“S P Setia” or “the Group”) will unveil a new, sleek addition in its series of upcoming launches – Carabella – in the freehold township of Setia Alamsari in Kajang on August 3, 2024.

Sitting atop a 775-acre tract in Kajang, Carabella will comprise a total of 72 units of freehold, double-storey linked semi-detached homes, and will be surrounded by Moroccaninspired gardens, landscapes and patterns.

Poised for completion by 3Q2026, Carabella forms part of the township’s CASA Collection that celebrates the community and wellness. Previous launches Phase 1 and Phase 2, which featured the Caressa and Caralyn units are fully sold, while its Phase 3; Candella, is currently 85% taken up.

Ranging between 1,986 to 2,026 sq ft with land sizes of 32’x65’, the units of Carabella will have starting prices from RM960,000 to RM1.2 million.

S P Setia Bhd Divisional General Manager Koh Sooi Meng shared: “Our upcoming launch Carabella are targeted towards homebuyers who are both owner-occupiers and investors seeking for good capital appreciation, and upgraders in catchment areas of Kajang, Bangi, Semenyih, Cheras, Seremban, Nilai, Sepang, who would like to move closer to KL city.”

“The stylish, spacious units are designed with a Morrocan aesthetic, tailored for couples and families. Residents will be able to enjoy scenic views of the lush landscapes and Moroccan garden from the comfort of their respective units as well,” Koh said.

Apart from its distinctive designs, Carabella will have a north-south orientation. The units will also be equipped with Setia e-Green living features such as the smart digital locksets for the main doors, electric vehicle (EV) charging power points, green switches and a solar photovoltaic (PV) system.

Meanwhile, Setia Alamsari’s previous launch; ANDRA Collection’s Aderyn (Phase 1) is 90% taken-up, with its Phase 2 now open for sales. Both Carabella and Aderyn are nestled in the 775-acre township of Setia Alamsari, which in total has a gross development value (GDV) of RM5.1 billion, and with a balance GDV of RM4.3 billion.

Its masterplan consists of 10,000 residential units, commercial lands and an estimated 40,000 population upon completion, with eight thematic zones with different landscapes.

Setia Alamsari is connected via major highways such as the KL-Seremban North South Highway (PLUS), Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway Highway (SILK), and the Kajang Seremban Highway (LEKAS), New Putrajaya Link, Putrajaya Cyberjaya B15 Highway, South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Cheras Kajang Expressway, Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), Sungai Besi Highway (BESRAYA) and the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP). Its nearby amenities include Emporia shoplots at Setia Alamsari, Masjid Baiturrahman at Setia Alamsari, Bangi Gateway, EVO Mall, Metro Kajang, Metro Point Kajang, IOI City Mall, to name a few.

The township is situated nearby Danau Golf Club, Bangi Golf Club, Taman Tasik Cempaka, Bangi Wonderland Themepark and Resort, Stadium Kompleks Sukan Seksyen 15 and Stadium Kajang, educational institutions such as Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), German Malaysian Institute, SMK Bandar Baru Bangi, Rafflesia International School, Greenview Islamic School, among others.
