25 October 2017, Rawang – The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) has for the first time successfully completed 198 units of double storey affordable houses with a town house concept in Kota Puteri here today.
Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali said the units were completed at a selling price of between RM187,000 and RM197,000 per unit.
“This affordable house has received the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) on July 28 offering comfort to its owners with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a modern style ceramic tile floor finish.
“PKNS also allocated several special units for owners who are categorised as disabled persons here,” he told a media conference after handing over keys to the house owners here today.
He said the houses strategically located at the LATAR Highway, Guthrie, NKVE and Shah Alam-Batu Arang Highway network would provide convenience to the house owners besides various public amenities.
