test

Visitors are welcomed to visit NusaCinta’s show village at Kepala Batas, Penang.

23 December, KEPALA BATAS, PENANG – S P Setia’s integrated city development in Penang, Setia Fontaines saw an encouraging take-up of the first phase of NusaCinta recently. At the soft launch, the double-storey terrace houses were 100% taken-up while the rest of the phases saw up to 65% take-up.

“Despite the current challenging landscape, the keen interests in Setia’s products by our buyers is a testament of our stellar reputation of understanding customers’ needs and preferences,” said Ricky Yeo, Divisional General Manager of S P Setia.

He added that Penangite purchasers who are currently overseas were among the early birds who bought NusaCinta homes virtually. “Our “Live Learn Work Play” development philosophy has attracted various buyer profiles from within and out of Penang. This has inspired us to continue providing all our buyers with a quality product that will not burden their financial responsibility, especially those seeking for their first landed property, or even for those investing in a second home in Penang,” he said.

NusaCinta is designed in an island concept with most of the homes facing waterways and green areas such as the 63 acres man-made lakes, Heritage Park, canals and parks. Property buyers are spoilt for choice with the various single and double-storey terrace homes, linked semi-D, semi-D as well as single and double-storey bungalows.

The first phase consists of 364 units of single and double-storey terrace homes, linked-semi D and semi-D units. The second phase has 116 units consisting of single and double-storey bungalow and semi-D. The price range of the homes starts from RM800,000.

To further incentivise interested buyers, the 1% Early Bird Benefit has been extended to 31 December 2020.

At the virtual launch on 19 December, there was also a “NusaCinta Launching Lucky Draw” with total prizes up to RM20,000. The lucky draw was open to buyers of the first phase who signed the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and loan within a certain duration. The session was broadcasted live on Facebook and saw active participation from many buyers of NusaCinta.
