17 DECEMBER, KUALA LUMPUR – Mah Sing Group Berhad is ending the year on a high note by hosting a year-end appreciation event at M Centura, Sentul to celebrate the completion. The poolside party was a private event held especially for the media to uncover the completion of the development, which began in 2017. The fully sold out M Centura is Mah Sing’s first M-series under the affordable development range to be completed, showcasing the confidence and strong demand from home buyers towards Mah Sing’s affordably priced product offerings.

As you enter M Centura, you will be greeted by a 15-year-old umbrella-shaped rain tree named Samanea Saman. The lovely, huge, spreading deciduous tree Samanea saman has a low, dense, dome-shaped crown. The canopy of the tree serves as a parasol, blocking up to 90% of the sun’s radiation.

In addition, 24 Hopea Odorata trees over 10 years old were transplanted, with the goal of providing a refreshing green living experience for future homeowners. Hopea Odorata, also known as “merawan siput jantan”, is a riparian species that is normally found near rivers or streams

Datuk Ho Hon Sang, added, “In M Centura, we want to create a healthy ecosystem with plenty of species. We discovered that planting trees in M Centura helps to increase biodiversity by providing food and a natural habitat for birds and squirrels. We believe M Centura will improve the lives of residents and those in the surrounding area for generations to come, with over 450 new trees, 24 of which were transplanted and 1 preserved, as well as environmentally friendly features like a rainwater harvesting system, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations for hybrid and electric cars, and other premium amenities like a centralised garbage disposal system and laminated safety glass panels that reduce heat and noise.”

M Centura is strategically located only 5km from the city centre. It is accessible via various highways and trunk roads, such as the Duke Highway (1.5km), Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) (5.6km) and Karak Highway (7.5km). M Arisa also offers a direct shuttle service to nearby LRT and MRT stations. Sentul Timur LRT Station (2.4km distant), as well as three KTM stations: Sentul (2.6km), Kampung Batu (2.8km), and Batu Kentonmen (3.7km) are all nearby public transportation options.
