Mah Sing honoured with the Visionary Developer Award and bags multiple accolades at the iProperty Development Excellence Awards 2019

17 October, KUALA LUMPUR – Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) achieved another significant milestone as the Group was recognised with multiple prestigious accolades at the iProperty Development Excellence Awards (iDEA) 2019 recently, against strong competition from leading industry players.

The Group was honoured with 3 recognitions including amongst iDEA 2019’s most esteemed awards, the Visionary Developer Award, which recognises Mah Sing as one of the prominent property developers in Malaysia. The Group also claimed the People’s Choice Award and Best Landed Residential Development Award for M Aruna, its residential project in Rawang.

The award ceremony acknowledges quality developments that have helped shape the nation. For the 3rd year running, iDEA 2019 raises the spotlight on the industry’s most accomplished developers and developments. Approximately 15 out of 16 awards were judged by an independent panel of esteemed property industry experts, whilst the coveted People’s Choice Award was selected based on the highest number of votes casted by members of the public for the top 10 property developers.

M Aruna in Rawang – Best Landed Residential Development

M Aruna is a township in Rawang in the northern corridor of Kuala Lumpur, the first pilot project by Mah Sing, which adopts the Industrialised Building System using precast technology. It consist of 565 units of double-storey linked homes spanning 96.71 acres across a large amount of greenery with a gross development value of RM520 million.
