Keck Seng Group launches new commercial precinct, TD Central in Taman Daya

test

5 November, JOHOR BAHRU – Keck Seng Group is launching a brand-new 25-acre commercial precinct known as TD Central in their maiden township, partnering with key industry players in Johor – Maslee Group and Loon Sing Group of Restaurants.

Loon Sing Group will commence construction of Restoran Loon Sing Taman Daya next month, and is gearing towards a Halal-certified Chinese banquet restaurant. Keck Seng Group’s Director, Mr. Ho Chung Kain stressed that having Halal-certified F&B operators will increase the appeal of TD Central and will thus prioritize Halal-certified partners for near-future developments in TD Central.

TD Central Johor Bahru is an intricately-designed business hub by Keck Seng Group to host a variety of trade and commerce activities in the all-so-vibrant Taman Daya – Mount Austin – Taman Molek neighbourhood cluster, which already hosts IKEA Tebrau, AEON Tebrau City and the upcoming Toppen Shopping Center in its vicinity. Modelled after Taipei’s Shilin Market and Melbourne’s Queen Victoria Market, TD Central Johor Bahru will boast an all-new The Pasar Mall by Maslee Group with a gross built-up of more than 80,000 sq. ft. and an exclusive 220-table Chinese banquet restaurant with a gross built-up of approximately 50,000 sq. ft. by Loon Sing Group. TD Central will also feature drive-thru restaurants and a wholesale retail city operated by LDP Promotion Fair Sdn. Bhd. (who will also open and operate KL’s USJ Wholesale City Mall next year).

Bursa-listed Keck Seng Group is involved in plantation, hotel and property businesses, with another notable township in Bandar Baru Kangkar Pulai (BBKP), Pulai, Johor and Tanjong Puteri Resort (TPR), Pasir Gudang.
