iProperty Home & Property Investment Fair 2019: Building towards the future


The country’s first property expo in 2019 returns to help enhance the homeownership journey of Malaysians.


Malaysia’s No.1 property site,, kick-started 2019 in grand form for the real estate community with its highly-anticipated iProperty Home & Property Investment Fair. Held from Friday, 11 January to Sunday, 13 January 2019 at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, the property fair once more served as a platform for established developers to showcase their latest projects in the country.

Ten years on, the iProperty Home & Property Investment Fair has stood as a pivotal event for the real estate industry as it brings together developers, property buyers and investors under one roof. Ever-evolving to cater to the needs of the real estate community, this year’s expo – for the first time – also featured financial investment workshops.

Value Added Property Showcase  

Like previous editions, the iProperty Home & Property Investment Fair attracted the most prominent developers in real-estate. The expo featured over 30 exhibitors including Sheng Tai International, Gamuda Land, Mah Sing Group Berhad, Matrix, Sunsuria Berhad and Sime Darby Property Bhd.


A total of 50 projects, ranging from high-rise to landed developments as well as affordable projects priced below RM500,000 were showcased during the three-day event.

As before, the 2019 iProperty Home & Property Investment Fair also delivered enticing deals, incentives and giveaways for property buyers.

Visitors who made a booking with any of the participating developers at the property fair stood a chance to win attractive prizes worth up to RM50, 000.  Those who booked a unit of Cerrado by Mah Sing Group Berhad were also optioned to drive away with a brand new Perodua Bezza or receive a RM30,000 rebate during the expo.  

Official bank partner CIMB also offered on-the-spot approval for buyers with the CIMB 1-Minute Home Financing InstaApproval for salaried professionals during the fair.


Valuable insights into Real Estate

Aside from obtaining the best deals in town, the expo also featured free seminar sessions by leading property and investment experts. The expo featured 19 industry experts and professionals who shared their insights on the Malaysian estate market.

This year, also partnered with Money Money Home, a financial literacy programme on Astro AEC, to deliver an exciting line-up of on-ground activities for visitors. This included a ‘Money Money Home Forum Malaysia Property Market Outlook 2019’, moderated by the hosts of the popular programme.

Although property showcases and insights were the main draw, this year’s expo also delivered fun and excitement for all visitors. A Lion Dance Performance and a special meet and greet session, as well as performances by talents from the edutainment channel Astro Xiao Tai Yang, were among the main on-ground activities.

 The 2019 Home & Property Investment Fair also featured an engaging and entertaining Financial Board Game, which allowed participants to discover how to increase their money quotient (MQ) in order to manage their personal finances more successfully.  Expo visitors also qualified to enter a Property Treasure Hunt with attractive Chinese New Year Prosperity Bags worth a total of RM130,000 up for grabs during the exhibition.

Overall, the 2019 iProperty Home & Property Investment Fair not only delivered great deals on enticing developments but also provided visitors to uncover the many facets of property investment and finance throughout the duration of the event.

As the curtain draws on this year’s iProperty Home & Property Investment Fair, there is no doubt visitors are already anticipating the next expo, scheduled for 23-25 August 2019 at the Mid Valley Megamall, and the exciting projects and activities it will bring for the country’s real estate community.
