PUTRAJAYA, SELANGOR – IOI Properties Group Berhad (“IOIPG”) marked a strategic partnership with Malayan Banking Berhad (“Maybank”), offering home seekers financing of up to 95% + 5% for selected residential green homes. In line with IOIPG’s sustainability policy and commitments, the initiative promotes holistic development approaches integrating green and energy-efficient design.

“We are pleased to collaborate with Maybank in offering 95+5% Green Financing for selected green homes across the Group’s vibrant portfolio of residential offerings. This addresses market needs by fulfilling contemporary demand for sustainable homes built with the needs of future generations in mind,” said Nicole Lee Chee Yiing, Head, Group Sales & Marketing and Branding, IOIPG.

Under this campaign, home seekers can enjoy up to 95% financing with an additional 5% for credit insurance, takaful, legal fees, valuation and stamp duty with Maybank Green Home Financing. The campaign applies to properties certified by Green Building Index (“GBI”), GreenRE or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED); among others.

Applicants must comply with Maybank eligibility requirements, including gainful employment in established companies with a minimum of three years’ operation.

This demonstrates IOIPG’s ongoing commitment to sustainable development, producing climate resilient homes with lower carbon footprint. It also marks the latest efforts to promote the acceleration of GHG emissions reduction, the enhancement of resource efficiency and effective waste management.
