IBN Bukit Bintang marks a new milestone with a grand opening ceremony

21 September 2019, KUALA LUMPUR – IBN Corp celebrated the grand opening of IBN Bukit Bintang and its new sales gallery today with a series of exciting activities for the public.

The opening celebration was officiated by the Minister of Federal Territories, Yang Berhormat Tuan Khalid Abdul Samad, accompanied by Yang Mulia Raja Jamilah Hanim, Director of IBN Corp Ltd, Dato’ Seri Michael Yang, President of IBN Corp Ltd, Xu Li, Managing Director of KKH Pavilion Development Sdn Bhd, Dato’ Sri Kok Kuan Hwa, Director of IBN Care, Jayandren Subramaniam and Mr. Chua Yin Guan. Also present in the grand opening are Development Director of IBN Bukit Bintang, Megat Khalil Izzuddin Shah, General Manager of IBN Corp Ltd, Chen Hui, Branding General Manager of IBN Corp Ltd, Wang Qi, Sales General Manager of IBN Corp Ltd, Peng Qiong Hui, Director of IBN TAIT, Mr. Tanesh, Business Development Director of IBN TAIT, Megat Ahmad Syarifudin, Dato’ Sri Azizan bin Ahmad and Datuk Seri Nelson Kwok. Visitors were treated to fun games and entertainment, such as 24 festive drum performance, henna tattoo service, magic mirror photobooth and lucky draw.

IBN Bukit Bintang seeks to revolutionise the concept of affordable luxury and smart living  within Kuala Lumpur. “Upon completion, IBN Bukit Bintang will be the highest residential in Malaysia. The project will enhance the international appeal of Kuala Lumpur with its sky infinity pool and cultural street that highlights this multi-racial country.

“I applaud IBN for their effort in elevating the inner city living that will catalyse the evolution of new competencies in local economy,” said YB Tuan Khalid Abd Samad, the Minister of Federal Territories.

Sharing some information on IBN Corp Ltd, Dato’ Seri Michael Yang, the Director of IBN Corp Ltd said that the Company focuses on real estate development in Southeast Asian countries with a business philosophy of developing world class properties that integrate holistic design and innovative technologies to produce sustainable and comfortable homes that meet the local needs.

“We have received very positive feedback on the features of our project. We are confident that our project will continue to garner the interest of the public with the grand opening of our sales gallery,” said Megat Khalil Izzuddin Shah, the Development Director of IBN Bukit Bintang.

IBN Bukit Bintang is a joint venture between the developer, IBN Corp and the landowner, KKH Pavilion Development Sdn Bhd. The strategic location of this mixed-use development is minutes away from the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, mega-sized malls such as Pavilion Shopping Mall and other surrounding facilities and amenities. It boasts excellent connectivity through a large network of public transportation that are easily accessible and multiple ring roads and highways that are connected to the whole Klang valley.

The project is expected to be fully operational by October 2023.
