14 DECEMBER, PETALING JAYA – Catering for pent-up residential demand and investor interest, Gamuda Land’s Booster Home 2.0 campaign offers a comprehensive range of financial assistance solutions and incentives to help Malaysians find their dream home as economic sectors and borders reopen.

With only two weeks left, Booster Home 2.0 offers home seekers a flexible suite of purchasing packages, which they can customise according to their own financial outlook. Sweetening the deal, Gamuda Land has partnered with interior design (ID) and renovation platform Atap.co, towards a hassle-free moving in experience for purchasers.

A boost for home ownership

Following in the footsteps of its Booster Shot campaign launched in June 2021, Booster Home 2.0 delivers 360° assistance for home buyers, from property purchase to vacant possession and beyond. It tackles the primary property pain point for many Malaysians, namely financial eligibility, through its Home Extend and Home Assist financial solutions, addressing monthly repayments and differential sum assistance respectively.

Booster Home 2.0 offers home seekers a flexible suite of purchasing packages.

Through Home Extend, purchasers can enjoy 12 months’ complimentary home loan repayments, while Home Assist provides for interest-free loan instalments for up to five years. In addition, Home Convert offers a 100% financing solution in partnership with Maybank through its popular HouzKEY programme.

Partnering to offer professional ID services

Gamuda Land’s collaboration with Atap.co also sees Booster Home 2.0 leveraging on the platform’s established network of ID firms and professionals covering Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah, along with moving services and branded home appliances in Atap.co’s Experience Centres.

Through the partnership, Booster Home 2.0 participants can enjoy home furnishing and moving-in vouchers of up to RM30,000, which they can redeem to enjoy exclusive ID services from 16 vendors across Klang Valley, Johor and Sabah, as well as home appliance purchases from brands such as Samsung, Signature Kitchen, Akemi and more.

Towards home ownership for all

Other benefits home seekers can enjoy under Booster Home 2.0 include free legal fees and complimentary maintenance fees for up to two years, along with memorandum of transfer (MoT) fee waivers under the national Home Ownership Campaign (HOC). In addition, purchasers will receive rewards under Gamuda Land’s GL Friends loyalty programme, including referral and repeat purchaser incentives, as well as merchandise discounts. Home seekers are invited to leverage on this opportunity before the HOC draws to a close on 31 December. Participating Gamuda Land projects include Gamuda Cove, Gamuda Gardens, twentyfive.7, Jade Hills, HighPark Suites, The Robertson and Kundang Estates in Klang Valley, Horizon Hills in Johor, and Bukit Bantayan Residences in Sabah. Booster Home 2.0 runs until 31 December 2021.
