Sunway Iskandar’s launch of the Sunway Citrine Lakehomes Phase 2 last weekend had received an enthusiastic response from purchasers, with 90% of the townhouse snapped up in the first week of its launch.
The townhouses are Sunway Property’s first townhouse development in Johor, and its success follows the successes of the property developer’s highly-rated townhouse series in the Klang Valley, and Penang.
