1Razak Mansion Completed 9 Months Ahead Of Schedule

KUALA LUMPUR, 16 March: The developer of the 1Razak Mansion Impianika Development Sdn Bhd has managed to complete the housing development project nine months ahead of schedule.

Speaking at the key handing ceremony of the project, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak said all existing Razak Mansion owners will get a unit with three bedrooms and two toilets.

“I thank all the existing Razak Mansion house owners as they have given their consent to the proposal to develop this area.

“It shows that all of them have a positive attitude and want development, as well as a better environment at this area,” Najib said.

He added that all owners of 1Razak Mansion units would have a strata title with a leasehold of 99 years, compared to the previous Razak Mansion where its leasehold is 40 years with no strata title.

He said the developer would also bear the RM3,000 moving cost to 557 Razak Mansion owners, as well as cover the maintenance and sinking fund for two years.

“The 1Razak Mansion is located at a very strategic place where it is near Bandar Malaysia which is an urban ecosystem,” he said.

The 1Razak Mansion has 658 housing units, 23 shop units, 110 market lots, as well as a surau.

The house size is 800 square feet and priced not less than RM350,000.
