About International Partnerships

 

 

BBCC Development is the first in the region to form a joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan Asia to develop The Mitsui Shopping Park Lalaport, an RM1.6 billion retail mall located within the development.  This will be the first Lalaport in Southeast Asia and it will be a one-stop retail destination that introduces myriads of Japanese brands thus creating a new style of living for the local community and is expected to be opened to the general public by the end of the year. It is deemed to be a new centre of attraction for Malaysians and tourists alike. In addition to that, BBCC Development and Mitsui Fudosan Asia also have purchased a RM 242mil serviced residence block in the Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC) development.

 

 

BBCC Development Sdn Bhd has teamed up with Japan’s Zepp Hall Network Inc to build an RM100 million concert hall. The 6,500-sq-m can be easily adapted for concerts and have seating for 2,500 people. The concert hall, to be known as “Zepp Kuala Lumpur”, would be the anchor for BBCC’s entertainment hub. Zepp Hall, a subsidiary of Sony Entertainment (Japan) Inc, has core business in concert venue operations and currently operates five concert halls across Japan.

 

 

BBCC also features The Stride, one of the three blocks of strata and corporate offices. In partnership with Regus Malaysia, a member of the IWG Group, The Stride offers tenants and business owners top-of-the-line business services and facilities. These include professionally managed reception services, business lounges, rooftop gardens, conference and meeting rooms with conference technologies.
