Ujung Pelangi Sdn Bhd

Ujung Pelangi Sdn Bhd was established in 1991. The first project undertaken by Ujung Pelangi was at Jalan Khaw Sim Bee; the building of a block of 12 unit apartment. Following the success of the 12 unit apartment which completed in 1995, Ujung Pelangi Sdn. Bhd. purchased more land and developed more quality residential properties with outstanding layouts on Penang Island like Codrington Avenue, Jalan D.S. Ramanathan, Balik Pulau bungalows and the apartment block at Mount Erskine.
