Like all great things, everything begins with an idea. LBS Bina began with one man’s idea, and a vision to provide homes that met the many needs of all Malaysians. LBS Bina humbly began in the early 1960’s, where the company ventured into the construction business in a small town called Petaling Jaya. LBS Bina has since then went on to develop the now iconic Taman Perindustrian Bukit Serdang Seksyen 14, Taman Pinggiran Putra and one of their most ambitious township projects; Bandar Saujana Putra.

LBS Bina continues till this day to live up to Tan Sri Lim Hock San’s beliefs that all Malaysians deserve a home of unsurpassed quality that not only inspires, but enriches the lives of the community.
