The project is connected to the Maluri, Cochrane and Chan Sow Lin MRT stations, via covered walkways.

Located just 8km from the city centre, Sunway Velocity is accessible via Jalan Cheras, Jalan Cochrane, Jalan Sungai Besi, Jalan Tun Razak, SMART Highway, New Pantai Expressway and Maju Expressway, KL-Seremban Expressway.

Trends and prospects

The locality has been seeing an increase in prices as there are many potential development sites in the area and its surroundings.

Property experts say that the area has been thriving as a positive affect from MRT and proximity to the KL’s CBD. Prices is said to be on the rise as well, especially for those properties near the stations.

Jalan Peel and its vicinity is expected to see higher demands and will benefit from the massive developments happening around and has potential to be a prominent location.

Property players often site one common concern of Jalan Peel and its surroundings, which will be the congestion. As the area is filled with shops, houses and commercial centres, it becomes highly dense with population and hence, congested.
