When it comes to buying a home, one requirement stands above all else and that is affordability. Property prices have been on the rise and when you culminate that with rising interest rates, a slowing economy and what buyers can afford, the future of real estate in Malaysia looks grimmer every day.

According to PropertyGuru’s consumer sentiment study (CSS) in H2 2022, the country’s affordability ratings dropped seven points to 56 since H1 2022.

Therefore, it is apt that city developer SkyWorld Development Berhad continues to be recognised for its dedication to building quality homes with value creation.

An Award-Winning Achievement
