The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) SBK Line is a significant addition to Damansara and Petaling Jaya (PJ). We have compiled eight properties within 1km from the MRT SBK Line that could be your future home or potential investments.

The 51km MRT Sungai Buloh – Kajang (SBK) Line or MRT 1 is the country’s first MRT and part of the Klang Valley Integrated Transit System. This fully automated rail service has 31 stations that cover the northwest of KL, KL City Centre and the south-east area of KL. Upon launching, it was expected to cater to 1.2 million Klang Valley’s residence.

Not just that the MRT SBK Line is a significant addition to Damansara, it makes this upscale neighbourhood even more easily accessible. As for Petaling Jaya (PJ), the LRT 3 that is expected to be completed in 2024 will further ease the journey to this part of Klang Valley as it broadens the public transportation route from the existing LRT Kelana Jaya Line.
