The MCO has resulted in most of us working from home, attending work meetings in our pyjama bottoms. Now more than ever, having a comfortable place to live in is deemed vital not only for our productivity, but also for our sanity. Nevertheless, cushioned pillows and wool rugs are not the only criteria that make a good home. Security, a welcoming community, and a pleasant atmosphere of an area is becoming increasingly vital in ensuring a cosy stay.

So, this year we have assembled the top high-rise properties with the highest number of views (site-wide) recorded amidst home seekers who visited our site from 18th March 2020 – 18th April 2020. Utilising iProperty.com.my’s big data solution, iPropertyiQ.com, the data is captured and the popularity weightage is displayed in percentages (%) based on each property.

The definition of view: Anyone who clicks on the listing counts as one view, as long as you land on the listing page it counts as a view, and this number is not unique – if you click to view on the same listing multiple times, it counts as multiple views. Please note that the data only include web views (for both desktop and mobile), it doesn’t include app views.

These trendy turfs are packed with efficient transportation systems, shopping centres, and a handful of intriguing tourist hotspots worth seeing. Without further ado, let’s begin on our list.
