Here’s what RM1,000,000 houses in Klang Valley look like compared to the rest of the country

A two-bedroom condominium in Klang Valley or a 6-bedroom three-storey semi-D in other states?

Houses in Malaysia is not cheap — especially if you’re living in Klang Valley. According to the Property Market Report H1 2019 done by the National Property Information Centre (NAPIC), it’s reported that the average house price in Kuala Lumpur is RM780,564 and RM480,863 in Selangor. And that’s just the average price. If size, location, facility and security are taken into consideration, it can go as high as RM1,000,000.

And that makes us wonder just what kind of houses we can get if we have RM1,000,000 at our disposal. We scoured through the listings available for sale at iProperty.com.my and here’s what we’ve found. 

Here’s an idea of what RM1,000,000 will get you in Klang Valley area: 

Mont Kiara – RM1,058,000
