The building is 30-storey tall and caters to small and medium-sized families. Its units are sized between 942 sq ft and 2,182 sq ft, which all come with 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom. The penthouse units are more luxuriously sized at between 4,147 sq ft and 4,183 sq ft.
