All units come with a foyer and balcony, while only selected layouts enjoy the addition of a lanai in the living area. While all built-ups come standardised at 936 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there are slight variations between each layout such as the kitchen’s orientation and site of hackable walls.
