R&F Seine Region is a freehold serviced residence in Johor Bahru, Johor. It represents Phase 2 of the R&F Princess Cove mixed development by China’s Guangzhou R&F Properties. R&F Seine Region encompasses 8.9 acres of freehold commercial land within R&F Princess Cove, just south of Phase 1.
