PPA1M (or PPAM) Ketumbar is a freehold apartment in Precinct 17, Putrajaya. It is developed under the Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM) housing programme by Putrajaya Homes Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd. Also known as the 1Malaysia Civil Servants Housing Programme, Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM / PPA1M) first launched in 2013 as an affordable home initiative exclusively for civil servants. Homes are affordably priced between RM100,000 – RM400,000 and generally located in urban areas with high demand.
To qualify for a PPAM home, applicants must be a Malaysian government employee / civil servant and have a monthly income below RM10,000.

Located in Precinct 17 which borders Selangor, PPA1M Ketumbar is connected to surrounding townships via Maju Expressway (MEX), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), and Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP).
Furthermore, Putrajaya Sentral is only 6.7km away. This transit hub is the last stop on the Putrajaya MRT Line and serves as an interchange station for KLIA Transit – an express rail link to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA2.
