Named Noora Walk, the 3-storey retail component will comprise 50,000 sq ft of nett lettable area which will be leased out by the developer to ensure a curated selection of tenants. Notably, the residential component will have a separate entrance from the retail component.
Targeted at single dwellers and young urban families, there are four cosy layouts to choose from. Those living alone can opt for the 1-bedroom Type A, which is the smallest option at 520 sq ft. Meanwhile, the largest built-up at 1,282 sq ft comes with 3+1 bedrooms, ideal for smaller families.

At the time of writing, Plaza Arkadia houses a slew of upscale dining establishments such as Lou Lou James, Patisserie Royale, and Rosso Pizza Wine Bar, Over at The Waterfront, residents will find more relaxed eateries and a variety of cafes, namely Kenny Hills Bakers, Starbucks Reserve, and Nando’s.
