    EkoCheras is a mixed development of retail, serviced apartment, office tower and hotel. The entire development encompasses 12-acre and is linked to the Taman Mutiara MRT station. The iconic development is slated to be the tallest development within the area upon its completion.

    The serviced apartments come with several different layouts to select from. Type A1 units are sized at 596 sq ft with 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom. Type A3 is sized at 762 sq ft and comes with a balcony as well. Type B is bigger at 821 sq ft and also houses 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom. This unit type, however, has a study area and a yard.
