I came into the Real Estate business after an 8-year tenure as a Pilot in Malaysia's national carrier.
At the start of my career, I focused on middle-range, high-volume transactional sales of residential real estate.
I've since transitioned into doing enterprise real estate deals including:
- Warehouse solutions in multiple states for a 3PL Logistics company
- Office solutions for MNC tech companies
- Large-Scale Solar (LSS) farmland
- Large-scale cash crop farmland
- Large-scale Orchid plantation
- Public land leasing & acquisition
And many other deals that are unconventional and require tailor-made services.
