Country View Berhad was incorporated in 1981 and successfully listed on the main Board of Bursa Malaysia in 2002. The Group's strength is in developing township projects focusing in landed properties. The Group embarked on its maiden project - the 1,080 acres Taman Universiti in 1986. Recent township development are located in the area of Iskandar Puteri (formerly known as Nusajaya) comprising Taman Nusa Bestari Jaya (41.47 acres), Taman Nusa Indah (132.32 acres) and Taman Nusa Sentral (313.70 acres).
