Completed in 2012 by Arte Corporation, The Oasis has a height of 38 floors and houses a total of 536 residential units. The standard unit has a built-up size ranging from 1041 sqft to 1183 sqft and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Residents can practice a healthy lifestyle by utilising the exercise facilities located within the condominium, namely the swimming pool, gymnasium, yoga room and squash court. Other facilities present include a shared barbeque area, jacuzzi and assigned parking spaces. There are also CCTVs installed throughout the premises to ensure that residents are protected from any potential intruders. It is highly recommended that residents of The Oasis sample on the delicious delicacies sold throughout Penang Island. Residents can head to Fisherman Wharf Food Corner (4km), Delima Mas Hawker Centre (1km) or Minah Restaurant (1km) to try out dishes such as fried kuey teow, lobak and ice kacang. Thus, residents will find no issue when travelling throughout the island or when travelling back to the mainland. Furthermore, residents can visit either Klink Permai Medical Centre (2.1 km), Klinik Batu Lancang (3km), Lam Wah Ee Hospital (2km) or Pantai Hospital Penang (8km) to settle their medical needs. The modern island city of Penang has lots of modern amenities and conveniences to offer the residents staying there.
