## About Ara Damansara Terrace Factory

WHY choose Ara Damansara
1. Prime Petaling Jaya location
Ara Damansara is strategically positioned within the Petaling Jaya commercial corridor, giving businesses access to established residential, commercial and industrial catchments. Sime Darby Property describes it as a strategically located business hub.
2. Excellent highway connectivity
One of the biggest advantages is access to LDP, NKVE and Federal Highway, with connections toward Subang, Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur, Damansara and other parts of Klang Valley.
3. Convenient for logistics
For a factory or warehouse, being close to major highways reduces travelling time for delivery trucks, suppliers and customers. Existing listings specifically highlight the area's suitability for warehouse and light-industrial operations.
4. Near Subang Airport
Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is nearby, which is useful for companies with frequent domestic business travel, air cargo requirements or visitors from other parts of Malaysia.
5. Terrace factory = lower entry cost
Compared with a semi-detached factory, a terrace/link factory generally offers a more affordable entry point while still providing useful industrial floor space. A current Ara Damansara listing specifically positions a terrace factory as a lower-cost alternative to semi-D industrial property.
6. Flexible business use such as Warehouse & storage
Distribution,Light manufacturing,Assembly Trading companies
Showroom + office,Service centre,E-commerce operations
Food-related operations and etc
7. Good accessibility for employees
