Keruan Jaya Sdn Bhd

Keruan Jaya Sdn Bhd incorporated in 1995 is a subsidiary of Selangor Properties Berhad - a public listed company incorporated in October 1963. Keruan Jaya owns 105 acres of freehold land in Bukit Permata of which 84 acres has been developed in different phases since year 2,001.

Listed below are the phases that has been launched over the years with 100% take up rate;

Phase 1 (launched in 2001/2003) : 440 units of 2 to 3 storey linked homes 

Phase 2 (launched in 2006) :106 units of 2 to 3 storey linked homes

Phase 3 (launched in 2007/2010) : 490 units of 2 to 3 storey linked homes

All three developments with over 1000 units of linked homes have been fully sold and individual titles issued.
