Tucked away at the corners of Kuala Lumpur, Platinum Lake PV 12 is a leasehold condominium located at Jalan Langkawi, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. It is considered to be a prime residential location as there are many malls, parks and education facilities nearby.This gem of a property was developed by Platinum Victory Sdn. Bhd. and its completion was in 2016. Platinum Lake consists of two blocks with block A having 21 storeys, while block B has 28 storeys. The built-up space for units at Platinum Lake ranges from 900 sq ft to 1,800 sq ft. The unit types are 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom. As for the facilities, There is a swimming pool for adults, while children can enjoy themselves in the wading pool. There is also a gymnasium where you can sweat it out and stay fit without having to go out far. And you can take the children to the big playground for a good time. Although the malls at Setapak might not be as huge compared to those in Kuala Lumpur city centre, they still offer a wide array of eateries, cafes and boutiques for local residents to enjoy themselves.
